How does Westbrook not get MVP?

Without Westbrook OKC is a bottom 7 team.

Houston has good players around Harden. OKC has no one that can shoot and some big guys that can rebound. That was unreal. Two games in a row he has brought OKC back from the dead and hit huge shots.
