Heat don't lose @ home in playoffs read!
I have been a long time Heat fan and have started to notice that D-Wade and the heat do not lose @ home in the playoffs.

    5-1 2003 playoffs
    6-2 2004 playoffs
    11-1 2005 playoffs
0-2 2006 playoffs (this team was horrible and got swept by the bulls)
    No playoffs 2008
    1-0 playoffs 2009 so far

23-5 @ home since 2003 in the playoffs. That is an 82% win percentage @ home in the playoffs. If you don't count that pitiful injury plagued 2006 team then you are looking at a 88% win percentage.

Couple these stats with the Hawks horrible road record in the playoffs ,they are 0-5 in their last 5 road playoff games and have not won a road playoff game in over 10 years and you will now know why the HEAT WILL WIN TONIGHT.

    BOOKED HEAT -3.5 -135

sounds great but all good things come to an end. the bottom line line is that miami has lost before albeit not much and you know that atlanta's season isnt going up in flames just like that- plus atlanta doesnt have to win to cover just like those sorry roadies port last 2 games didnt win but covered-take the hawks nobody expects it

Its true that all good things come to an end but this trend will not discontinue against the Atlanta Hawks. And just because Atlanta loses tonight does not mean that the season goes up in flames. They will most likely win at home game 5 and make the series interesting at 3-2 coming back to Miami.

I definitely don't like betting on things because "nobody expects it". You minuswell bet against the cavs @ home every night and against the lakers tonight if thats your philosophy. We all now how that would work out.

And you're right about these underdogs covering lately which is why I took the line at -3.5.

They've lost 6 times at home with Wade now.
