Watch a ton of both teams. I think Golden State's style can give Memphis fits (especially when GS is at home and rested). Memphis is the best halfcourt team in the league IMO but if you get running on them they become mediocre (see Jazz v's Memphis most of Wednesday night).
If GS plays with energy and pushes the tempo they win. Lee matches up well with the plodding Gasol and Randolph and Green can play lots of 4. No Iggy doesn't hurt as much against Memphis b/c they don't have any real creators offensively. Set plays and passing are how they get open looks.
