The thing about that situtation is that you wil always flop top boat, so that makes it close to imposible to get away from it. I will always go broke to quads in that situation, probably put him on the small boat if I see him jamming that shit. You just can't get away from that hand unless you know the guy is a rock and he is coming over the top. Even then, it is a tough fold. But the way I see it, if I flop top boat and someone else is lucky enough to flop quads then he is getting paid, nothing more to it, I'm not going to outguess myself and put him on quads unless it is the scenario mentioned above, but that is unlikely.

cheme, what a game St. Mary's and SDSU, huh? I had SDSU -4 (-105) and the ML (-170). Of course I pushed the spread but hit the ML. Looking back, if Mills hits the front end of that 1-and-1, you probably hit this game. Crazy last couple of minutes to say the least.
Anyhow, I will never be sold on these "chasing systems." In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the posters in this thread are "touts" for these systems and receive some type of "commission" for getting others to buy the system. I personally know a couple of guys who got absolutely burried using these systems. But to each his own and if it's profitable for you then keep it going. I, however, am 100% confident you can do much more damage simply by handicapping your own games and killing the books without the use of a "system".

Yeah bro, Mills had a terrible game from the field (30%) and he still had a chance to win that game. That 1 and 1 was definitely big, so was the turnover he had with about 13 seconds left and down 3. But I'm honestly glad I pushed since they dug a hole really early and were playing from behind the whole game. Glad you hit the ML though. You must have taken the game late because I saw the spread around 3 or 3.5, I actually bought the hook to get +4; really glad I did.
As far as systems I have always been really careful as most of them will bury you in the long run. This one however, has made me money and I havent lost a dollar on it. As much as a logical/mathematical guy as I am, I don't argue with success. A lot of people that have lost money on this system haven't followed it correctly. The main problem is they don't go through the progression of 3 bets, wether because they are scared (see the Clippers game @ Boston) or just because they start with a base unit that is too large for them to be able to go all the way to bet C.
As far as the other thread, I really doubt anybody is a tout for the system there. As a matter of fact I actually bought the system even though somebody in the forum sent it to me for free. Not becaue JM needs the money, but because he has provided me with a successful system that has made me good money. I just wish the people that swear this system is a fraud will give it a try (even if only in paper) not because of me, but because they are missing out in another weapon on their betting arsenal, one that is really effective and easy to use.
