#37Well, first the PC play looked not so good for me either, but I took a deeper look into the CLE game this year and I came up with an interesting stat:
How did CLE respond this year to a loss ?
Loss to Bos -> next game against Char at home won by 17 pts
Loss to NO -> against Dal on the road won by 19 pts
Loss to Det -> win at home against ATL by 14 pts
Loss to ATL -> win on the road against Min by 23 pts
Loss to Mia -> win at home against CHI by 25 pts
Loss to Was -> ??
In the 5 games so far they outscored their opponent by 19.6 pts on average, and at least by 14.
Just think about it guys, now throw in that Char played Overtime yesterday and won against the defending champion and that teams are only 1-5 ATS after a win against Bos, this PC play looks really good.
And the line is still at 13.5, with the money pretty much even on both sides early on.
Get it now, I know I will.
thank you ckComment -

#39why are all these guys posting on ck's thread that have no intention of using his pc play?......the guy has been great with his pc plays which by another name are his best bets!!! i believe the pc plays are 12-3 since ck started posting here. i guarantee all these negative guys are bashing the pick because ck's houston pick went down last night...this is gambling guys and nobody picks 100%. i back his pc plays everytime and you should to or go start your own threads please, there are already way to many posts in here.......Comment -

Take your frustration to the bar not to this thread
And stop betting at the spot! Stop losing your money!
For myself, PC play is a must - what else?

#41look for a letdown from charl after the huge home win vs boston last night. rested, and angry after a loss to the wizards - i expect the cavs to bring down the hammer on the bobcats.

a few angles point to the bucks here tonight. revenge for an earlier road loss at philly, sixers on a btb off a win - plus factor in the bucks strong play at home ats and i'll ride with them tonight.

huge road win last night for the hornets at the lakers - i look for them to have a letdown in salt lake tonight - jazz didnt cash the ticket the other night, but i look for them to pull away late and win this one by 10+.

i'm feeling the fade with portland so long as roy is out. he's the key man in portland, and you have to like the way the pistons have gotten it together lately - winners of 7 in a row (2-0 as a dog, which they should be here). revenge angle at work as well from portlands win at detroit back in late nov.

#42the fact that z is out, and that cleav could be looking ahead to boston does scare me - but being in agreement with the PC boyz has me confident. you cant have every angle in your corner. i didnt even realize the cats played OT last night.
maddog - where do you see varejo being "iffy"....i see no injury news on him - where did you see that?Comment -

Add Houston to the "Don't Play List" as they are stuggling to make a payment. The either lose outright or fail to cover!

#50Line Movement
What do you think will happen with the Cavs line throughout the day? Should we take it now at -13.5 or wait?
Also - what's your thoughts on the BCS game tomorrow night? The line has moved again to OK +4.5. I'm starting to like OK and if the line continues to move in OK's favor, then waiting a bit longer will be better.
Thanks and keep up the good work!

#51NBA Hero,
I actually have the Hawks pegged to win that game, in what should not be an upset. The Hawks are actually that good and that athletic. I would suggest buying a hook and playing the Hawks at -1.5. However, I am sure that if you wait long enough , you can get them at that number anyway. C'mon man, you know the public will be all over the Magic.
Dana4u,
I know, they underperformed miserably i nthe second half last night. I lost my big bet messing around with them yesterday, which is a rarity. I think that they have some internal problems which maddog touched on briefly yesterday. It is hard for them to play consistently without continuity in the lineup. There's always somebody out or somebody coming back or somebody playing half heartedly, or two or more people missing the game, then one comes back the next night, then another one plays only the first of back to backs, etc. And this is how they are attempting to play in the NBA. With that being said of course now that our money isn't on them they will cover tonight against Gang Green!Comment -

#52Dana4u,
I am rolling ith the Gators in that matchup. I havemade a lot of mony this bowl season fading the "powers" of the Big12, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and Texas most recently. So there's no need to stop now. Their conference is devoid of defense as i have made abundantly clear over and over again. The SEC is all about defense. There's no edge on either side for the quarterback either in my opinion. Stoops won't like the outcome of this one.Comment -

#53Florida Matchup
Agreed. However, many people believe that the defense will win the game over an explosive offense. Last night - we saw that is not always the case, once again. All of the Ball State supporters vowed that Tulsa would not be able to put up points on them, let alone pass in the weather conditions. In reality - the lack of Ball State offense ended up being the deciding factor versus the lack of Tulsa defense.

#56maddog,
I played the Cavs at -13.5, with no cut on it. 12.5 is essentially the same as 13.5. It's still gonna take a 14 point win to cash the ticket. I am very confident in this play, and I put up a nice amount of consideration on it! As far as the public putting more money on Oklahoma, I doubt it. I think that the public will be right on this one, homes!Comment -

#57agreed - at least without artest/battier. they gave up so many uncontested layups last night - it was comical. yao is a shell of his former self - i cant but think he only has a few more years left in him. he can barely get off the ground, and was getting rebounds taken away from him even with position by guards. tmac would have been better off not even playing last night - he has no hops right now, and looks slower than ever. as a rocket backer last night, i cringed when he had the ball.Comment -

#58CK - I know you are playing college parlays off and on. I have been as well and have been very successful when you bet the home team dawg but only when the RLM factor is in place. It hit again last night on these four college games: Toledo, Seton Hall, Arkansas and Penn State. In fact, 3 of the 4 won outright. So I'm now considering playing the ML on each of the parlay teams. It only pans out on home team dawgs coupled with RLM. If both conditions are not met, then odds are high it will fail. The LSU game last night is one example; they satisfied the RLM condition but not the home team condition.
Thought you might be interested as I see you like playing college parlays now and then. Only one team satisfies this scenario tonight and that is EMU (at least as of now). Tomorrow night is probably a better chance since there are many more games.

I think we all learned a valuable lesson (at a small price) about the Rockets play last night. Without Batier and Artest on the floor this is A BAD Rocket team. Throw in that Tmac is hurting (as I said yesterday he would come out on fire and fade fast) this team is scoring with VonWafer? Brent Barry? Aston? and Landry with Yao getting trippled in the post. This is a Horrible spot for the Rockets to be in traveling to Boston off a loss. Boston is on a back to back with over time but they atleast had no travel and a full squad. With Bostons recent losses I think their is real value in a -10 spread. With 75% already on houston this looks like a buy for on Boston. Both Batier and artest are out again and boston does not need to triple yaoComment -

Any love for the Wizards tonight against Toronto? Some trends pointing towards WASHINGTON cover and OVER on the game between these 2 teams. Look at the history here, Over is 6-0 in the last 6 meetings in Washington, Over is 10-1 in the last 11 meetings and Toronto is 1-7-1ats last 9 aainst Washington.

#68Killer Chihuahua,
I learned that lesson at a large price, lol! The lineup is not consistent night in and night out. I am off of Houston until they get all of their players on the floor at the same time for enough time to gel. Until then, I'm cool unless the PC's yell at me about a play on them.Comment -
