Man the online sites are giving out better odds. I live in Las Vegas Nevada, we cannot bet online unless it is through a casino provider. only getting +8.5 and +!0 for these two games.

Does anybody bother to read the rules before asking the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS EVERY DAY? Or is it easier to just have the same people do the same work for you every day? Sorry, I don't mean to add any negativity to the thread, but at least 10-15 posts every day are responses to "Is this a play...?" posts from people who just won't read, and finding the actual plays themselves is getting difficult because they are getting burried in rubbish.
Stifler, may I give you a little tip that has seemed to help me considerably with these same questions in my threads? At the top of your posts (the ones that contain the updates, and the daily plays), type the following phrases every day:
- System rules can be found in post #1
- Qualifying teams for each system can be found in post #... (I can't remember llllwhat post it was, but it's in here somewhere).
There is no reason this thread, or any thread, should be flooded with the same repetitive questions. Take it for what it's worth, but I think it will be helpful to many people, especially you.

Oh yes Thank you for confirming. It's just personal preference to keep all the lines the same as Stifler's, sometimes i buy the points to keep the same line (and adjust units later if necessary) to avoid games like the S2 A bet orlando cavs -4 vs -4.5 which is going to be either C or D bet for this Friday. Hope this makes sense.

I'm sorry! I have tried to read, but this thread is 23 pages long. I am asking a question about the rules in the first post. I couldn't find the list of qualifying teams. New to this, but I'm getting it down, just trying to make sure that I am getting it so I don't have to ask repetitive questions in the future.

Wallco, welcome to the Stifler thread. That issue has been brought up before and the onslaught of questions continue. Honestly I would have snapped by now but if Stifler doesn't mind it then I guess it isn't a problem.
Gamewinninglv, It will be a D bet on the 30th, even though Stifler is taking it an extra bet level because he personally pushed, he should count it as a loss if the bet goes sour. Otherwise his record won't be accurate to the last 6 years. Not good to have skewed results.

If you really take the closing lines then yesterday was a double push on Tor series and today is a double A again so its a no play....

I am not blaming you or even angry with you. I'm just seeing if a better method to relay the "repetetive question" answers can be implemented. The reason why you can't find that post you were looking for is because the thread is flooded with the same questions about plays, which would be answered by the post you can't find, if in fact, you could find it.

There is no reason this thread, or any thread, should be flooded with the same repetitive questions.
And it will continue to happen all year - why fight it. Best we can do is put all the good posts into in one big info post. They just a one line answer "Go to post #421" or something.
Get used to repetitiveness and make it easier to find the common questions. Not a big deal.

POST 786
Stiflers Chase in a Nutshell
S1: Whenever a team has a winning or losing streak of 3 games start the 4 game chase following that streak.
You are betting to CONTINUE that streak. One personal victory and that S1 system is complete
S2: Whenever a team has a winning or losing streak of 3 games start the 4 game chase following that streak.Divide in home/road games.
Note - this means consecutive losses or victories, need not be consecutive home or road games.
S3: Whenever a team starts a home or road trip of atleast 4 consecutive games start the 4 game chase in the first game being played @home or on the road. Home games - play to win ATS; road games - play to lose ATS.
S4: Whenever a team had an OT game start the 4 game chase after this game. Play to lose ATS after that OT game.
Using these teams
S1 teams:
Boston (W streaks only)
Brooklyn (L streaks only)
NYK
Toronto
Chicago
Detroit
Indiana (W streaks only)
Milwaukee (W streaks only)
Atlanta (L streaks only)
Charlotte (W streaks only)
Denver
Utah
Sacramento (L streaks only)
SA Spurs
S2 teams:
Boston
Cleveland
Atlanta
Orlando
Utah
S3 teams:
Toronto
Indiana
Atlanta
Charlotte
Golden State
S4 teams:
Toronto
Chicago
Atlanta
Miami
Washington
Minnesota
LA Clippers
Sacramento
Dallas
Memphis
records:
2006/07: 227-5 (+131,75 units)
2007/08: 217-2 (+180,10 units)
2008/09: 232-6 (+121,30 units)
2009/10: 240-4 (+166,20 units)
2010/11: 211-3 (+155,65 units)
2011/12: 181-3 (+125,65 units)
overall: 1308-23 (+880,65 units)
NOT a labby - straight 4 game chase - each game is A, B, C, D
A Bet: risk 1,10 units to win 1 unit
B Bet: risk 2,31 units to win 2,1 units [the lost amount on A bet (1,10u) + 1 unit]
C Bet: risk 4,85 units to win 4,41 units [the lost amount on A bet (1,10u) + B bet (2,31u) + 1 unit]
D Bet: risk 10,19 units to win 9,26 units [the lost amount on A bet (1,10u) + B bet (2,31u) + C Bet (4,85u) + 1 unit]
U will win 1unit on every series overall. Losing a D Bet will cost 18,45 units.
PICK FORMAT EXAMPLE
S1
(B Bet) Det fade:Portland +1 1,10u | Phoenix +3,5 2,31u
S1 - system type
(B Bet) - 2nd bet in the series
Det fade: - reason for the chase (LLL vs spread). Portland +1 1,10u - first game was a loss ("A" game) line was +1 for 1.10units | Phoenix +3,5 2,31u - 2nd game("B" game)this is the play+2 for 2.31 units
Signed up just to give you 2 points! Maybe I'll start posting now. Thanks for the system mate, cheers.

That's great Grinder, just make one addition to you post, which we can now use a the "referral" post in the future, and please do so while the edit time for a post correction is still available. I think other people have the same questions about s1 that I had when I first came in here. It describes what makes a team qualify for a chase, but it DOES NOT say "what" we are chasing. It just says "start the chase". I guess it was assumed that people would automatically know that we are chasing a team to "win" if it is coming off a winning streak, and "fade" a team on a losing streak. Well unfortunately, this is not automatic to some, as it wasn't for me. s3 and s4 both say to "fade" team, which makes it clear what side we are on. I would like s1 to have that additional line added to the descriptoin also if it wouldn't be too much trouble. If you can, that would be great, if not, then at least I tried. Thanks.

No shit. Following that streak is when we start the chase, that phrase in NO WAY tells you which side to bet.

Is there something I can word better?? I added a NOTE that explains it.
BTW - if the season keeps up like this it's going to be a real grind. Chart keeps going up but it's like pulling teeth. Not a pleasant experience but nice once it's done.

That description is absolutely PERFECT. Now if Stifler just adds that post # to his updates, we may get a break from the barage of repetitive questions. Thanks to BOTH of you.

Wallco NBA Chase 110 2012-13 System to date: 13-0 (fin. series) System profit/loss: +13.00 units (fin. series) Current open series: 0
(11/28/12): #13L.A. Clippers (M/L)(B) - Win
v1 Plays (A) 9-4
(B) 2-2 (C) 2-0 (D) 0-0
There are no system plays for (11/29/12)
We will ALWAYS play the M/L on favorites and the point spread (-110) on dogs. There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a (-½) point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day, if the lines change. However, it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from the line in my post. System rules and backtest can be found in post #219.

Wrong thread Wallco!
Hoping S1 picks up soon, it's been very sloppy this last week, though I guess that's expected it's the biggest of the 4 systems.
Thanks again Stifler
