Broncos wins against St George & Parra weren't too impressive. Plenty of talent but no leadership. The value is on the home team tonight, even though Penrith could get blown out. Small 0.5 unit play. The NRL desperately wants a QLD team in the finals and don't want to worry about most of the calls going favour of the Broncos.

Great value here with an inflated number. Always a risk considering both teams let in 20+ points but I doubt this one lands near 42. The historic occasion makes it difficult to pick a side, though it should be a close game.

Same here mate, was just worried about the form of teams the week after beating the Warriors in NZ after the Sharks lost in similar circumstances.

CANBERRA RAIDERS vs MANLY SEA EAGLES
RAIDERS +7.5 @1.90 x5

I've been circling this one all week & not deterred on risking 5 units despite yesterday's burial. Manly have been ATS beasts this season & could bury the play early. But it's a must win for the Raiders and +7.5 is too many points for a home game in this spot. The sacked coach angle is a bonus & we'll see if it rings true today.

I liked the Raiders but felt that 7.5 was not enough - I had it capped at 10.5
In the end, would have lost anyway.

Got overconfident and paid the price. Making shockingly bad calls lately. This is one of my worst.

Raiders had the fukkn season on the line and got smashed. They are done for the next five years. No hope of attracting elite players.

Two huge wins for faves today. So much for parity. Titans/Warriors was the only close game this round. It's disappointing from a fan's point of view. This is meant to be do or die stuff, players putting it all on the line but instead its a series of ass kickings. No wonder we keep seeing empty stadiums every week. Might as well put a few units on Roosters winning the Grand Final vs Manly or Storm. Souths are autofade if they get there.

Got a play lined up for MNF. A terrible weekend but to be down $90 is easy to live with.

Thanks tross. I got on the second half over 20.5+ to minimise the damage. obviously it won't count for my record. at least it hasnt much dented my finances, but thsts little consolation. The only goal is to get even by finals time. But I've been so wrong on every play that it may be time to call it quits.
