Sometimes WYSIWYG mode just doesn't want to cooperate so it's easier or even necessary to go into Source Mode and manually add/delete or modify the codes for the formatting.

Also you cannot copy and paste too much text at once otherwise you get an error so you have to copy and paste multiple times one small piece at a time.
