    Need Some Help...
I bet vancuver to win the series ($480 to win $200). I would rather hedge it and gaurantee a small loss than possibly losing the whole $480 as I now don't feel good about Vancouver winning the series. Should I hedge game 5 with Boston and the good odds or wait until games 6 or 7?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated

it's up to you. if vancouver ends up winning, you'll kick your self and say "why did i hedge?". But if boston wins, you'll feel good. best time to hedge was the +525 series line after game 2 though haha.

If you want to hedge, why not just hedge the series instead of game 5? obviously, if boston wins game 5 and then loses series, you get double score. But, if boston loses game 5 and wins series you get double loss. Up to you, but if you want to hedge your series bet, just take the +160 series line at 5Dimes. put up 200 to win 320 on bruins... which you'd either break even if canucks win, or lose 160 if bruins win. or if you feel bruins win and wanna try to get the full 480 back, risk 300 to win 480. This way, you'd break even if bruins win, but lose 100 if canucks win. all depends on who you think is going to win and how much you want to hedge. you could also hedge smaller, like 150 to win 240 on bruins. This way, you win 50 if canucks win, but lose 240 if bruins win.

I'm not recommending you hedge. I'm also not reccomending against it. Vancouver can still win this series. not saying they will. but they can. Bruins can win too. It's been a tough series to judge. But, the home team has won all 4 games, and Vancouver has home ice. I'm not saying that means anything, but its something to consider. It's tough to judge whether they will rebound at home after getting outscored 12-1 in the last 2 games. they might. they might not. who knows? but they looked decent in games 1-2, and Luongo has played great during his last 3 home games. Up to you.

or, you could put up 250 to win 400. This way, you lose 80 if bruins win, and lost 50 if canucks win. Or you could do 265 to win 424. This way, you lose 58 if bruins win, and lose 65 if canucks win. This is close to the smallest guaranteed loss you can take. Obviously theres an exact amount but i dont feel like number-grinding right now. If you really just wanna take a guaranteed loss, and minimize it. This seems like way to go. 265/424 on bruins. you lose 65 or 58 depending on who wins. but you lose both ways.

not advising you to do anything. but just helping you see your options.
