    HELP with finding calculator

    hey all

im having a problem here, i used to use a calculator on a webside but the side is long gone.

the problem is that im betting a ABCD system, and i need a calculator to calculate IF A bet looses the B stake amount so if A bet is 5 units at odds 2 losses, then i need to know the amount to bet on the B bet with example odds 1.75 and still gain the profit of the bets.

    hope some can help

    good day to all!

    kaV

You could use excel for this instead of a calculator. It would be much easier then a calculator cause you can program the cells to you would only have to program it once.

I don't know what ABCD as a betting formula means, but from your post I'm assuming some kind of chase

So start with Cell A1 and write units staked, and Then cell b1 write Result
Go to cell A2 and enter 5, and in B2 enter Loss
    Go to B 3 and write 1.70
Go to cell A3 and write :=if(b2="loss",A2*B3,"null")

The A3 Cell will now compute the bet you need to break even at the odds specified. If you wanted to make a unit profit, simply write the second part as (1+A2)*B3. You can edit any part of the cells IE the stake risked or the odds and the formula will recompute itself. You can save this on your computer and then you don't have to look around the internet.
