    Extracting value from freeplays
I assume everyone knows about doing all the 8 combinations of a 3 team parlay.

If a book allowed 4 teamers and you felt like doing the combinations, would it be even a better return? 5 teamers?

I believe 5 teames requiere 32 bets, therefore the return is not better

no, just betting all combinations to get guaranteed return out of a freeplay

        8 3 teamers

I believe the 3 and 4 team parlays are the same. example let's say $160 free play and 8-3 team parlays will net $120. the 16- 4 team parlays will net $120 at 12-1 odds. it's 16 plays on that. (2x2x2x2)

            8 3 teamers
Making the 8 3 teamers in the same house? With free plays? Do they allow that?

It works better on 10 cents baseball lines with true odds parlay payout, preferably close to the highest lines still on 10 cents. You have to calculate the amount on each parlay, but it is quite easy. Alternatively you can place it all on a single 3-legged parlay at not overlapping games, and hedge successively at matchbook (ie, Sunday MLB, early, afternoon and night games). That way you eschew the risk of voiding the parlay for taking both sides at the same place, per rules of some books.

A good dog NFL/NBA moneyline hedged at matchbook gives even better return.

About your original question, it is trivial to calculate.
              3-legs: +600/8 = 75%
              4-legs: +1100/16 = 68.75%
              5-legs: +2200/32 = 68.75%
Of course, substitute with the parlay payouts of your book.

for some reason I thought making an additional parlay, adding both sides at -110, increased the return. It does not.
