Start Gerhart or Washington at FLEX Week 1?

Gerhart will be playing behind AP but is expected to get goal line carries if Vikings can even get that far. Washington is the #1 option for Tennessee but with Locker under center

I might say Washington in this spot. TEN at home against a shaky NE pass D. Gerhart is up against JAX D, which was a force against the run last year and only improved in the off-season defensively.

I like Gerhart...he will be carrying the load and can also catch passes out of the backfield for receiving yards

I think I'd go with Washington. Tennessee is gonna have to throw the ball, probably from behind and you'll likely get some garbage time yards from him.

I've always prefered RB at flex. More consistency. He should have a few chances to punch it into the endzone and AP is only gonna see 5-10 snaps if he even plays
