Are they both already on your roster or are you looking to pick up one and drop the other? If it's the former, you should never draft two defenses unless your league requires you to. If it's the latter and you either have to pay for transactions or are limited to the amount of moves you could make, don't bother, it is a waste to pick up defense unless you are on a bye. If its free and unlimited transactions, I like Cincinnati better this week vs. the worst QB in the history of mankind.
