Oswalt got roughed up again on Sunday in a loss to the Rays:

He has a strained forearm but was going to start throwing again today.

Oswalt wasn't even able to play catch on Thursday because of forearm tightness.

However, he did play catch today and will try again tomorrow.

If all goes well, he could have a bullpen session early next week when the Rangers are in Anaheim.
