#4I would probably choose Cabrera #1 if I was in a new league. Trout is definitely another consideration, but I want to see another year of what he does.Comment -

#10Trout for me, that guy is an all around player. Can steal, Hit a homer, hit a triple, get on base, oh and did I mention his high batting average.Comment -

#11Im still taking Cabrera, he has very little risk involved.
Trout will get numbers in all categories, but it will extremely hard to repeat the numbers he had last year as alot of thing went well for him.
His babip was 383 between 2009-2011 only 5 players posted seasons with babips over 380, those 5 had the Babip fall to 334 the next year, falling an average of 55pts.
he also posted a HR/FB of 21.6% between 2009-2012 only 9 Players posted a HR/FB over 20% and all of those, except Micheal Morse, were premium power hitters like Thome, Stanton, Dunn, Fielder.
Both the numbers will most lilkly regress and his average, HR and RBI will all fall.
Trout is still a great player and picking him first is by no means wrong, But I'd much prefer the safer player at number one.Comment -

#28I love Votto, hits for power, avg, can draw the walk...but coming off an injury is what drops him down a few slots on my board.
#1 I go Miggy, then Trout, Braun, then Cano (I could argue Cano being higher too, given the scarcity at 2B in my mind).Comment -
