Should be a classic game tonight between New York and Carolina. I lean Carolina to get it done but something tells me that New York won't go away quietly and just could pull the upset.

It was a great win for the Rangers and honestly I'm kind of pulling for them to win against Tampa Bay. It would be cool if we get some new blood winning the cup or at least playing for the Cup this year so why not New York?

NYR can possibly get past Tampa, because they did it in the regular season. But I'm not saying they will. If they do, expect to then lose the Final vs Colorado. Look who NYR played so far these playoffs, Pittsburgh and Carolina had serious goalie problems this postseason. Carolina also is not an offensive powerhouse. And yet both series went 7 games, and they should have been eliminated by Pittsburgh when down 3-1 if not for the Crosby injury. But NYR is playing tough and good, give them credit for that.

I agree I favor Colorado to win the cup no matter whom they play. I do think New York can beat Tampa but it won't be easy because Tampa Bay has a goalie that is arguably better than Shesterkin.

Yeah they look good right now. Igor is hot and the power play unit for the blue shirts is firing on all cylinders. They might just ride the wave all the way to a Stanley Cup. Obviously can't count out Tampa Bay ever but I'm not sure this is a good matchup for them.

As much as I like Edmonton I just can't bet against the Avs and today they came through for me. They're too strong for Edmonton even though McDavid did play better and score a goal today.

I watched game 2. Hard to believe Rangers are only -250 to win the series

Edmonton defenseman Nurse deflected the puck in front of his own net for Colorado's first goal, after McDavid had scored 38 seconds into the game. That's a big psychological momentum swing.

NYR juicy dog this aft, goes off at 3 PM Eastern. Looking for them to get to 3-0 ECF keeping pace with Colorado. We could be looking at 2 conference final sweeps.
