But it was only a few weeks after my colon perforated, I was still so sick (Excruciating Pain/Bleeding) I never left the resort (Missed NFL game & Horse races). If I read correctly you live down that way now, Wife & me usually make it down there a few times a year, we'll catch you next time I promise.

I slipped and fell heavily on my knee that was twisted the wrong way as well earlier today. I thought I had done serious damage, like broken something or torn muscle off bone straight after but the intense pain died down a lot after a few minutes.

Hobbling through airports on the way home tonight seems to have really done it no good. I was going to just wait a few days and see what happens but then I thought about you saying this and decided I am going to see the doc on Monday.

Reig, all jokes aside, after my scare, a Dr in the hospital, told me to research Intermittent Fasting.....16 hours no eating (9pm-1-pm) and Then eat what you want for next 8 hours (In moderation). You don't get no breakfast, but do get a late lunch and dinner. Drinking is allowed anytime. It's not for everybody but works great for me. On top of dropping a lot of weight, the mental clarity it causes is amazing. I thought I had lost most of that from years of smoking weed

They are mostly in heavy bushland about 3 hours drive North of here.

I think people have been lucky so far here though. Lots of homes threatened but not too many lost like in Cali.
