Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell failed to report to Pittsburgh Steelers headquarters Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET, the deadline for him to play this season on the franchise tag.

And that's that. The team will turn fully to James Conner and at least for the first time in quite some time, we have clarity on Le'Veon Bell. It's bad news, but at least now we know for sure.

GB - RB Aaron Jones has Aaron Rodgers' support

Green Bay Packers RB Aaron Jones was given a vote of confidence by QB Aaron Rodgers, who said the Packers need to keep giving the second-year running back more opportunities.

Most Fantasy GMs would agree with Rodgers. The superstar QB added that Jones helped the offense secure first downs and was an asset in the red zone.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB James Conner (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol Tuesday, Nov. 13. Head coach Mike Tomlin said Conner will be given the opportunity to practice Wednesday, Nov. 14, and that should 'lay those (concussion) discussions to bed.'

Conner should get work on Wednesday. Fantasy GMs love his RB1 performances this year, and that should continue in Week 11 against the Jaguars.

LAR - WR Pharoh Cooper designated for return

Los Angeles Rams WR Pharoh Cooper (ankle) will practice this week as he was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 13.

The Rams now have a three-week window to see if Cooper can get cleared to play. They lost Cooper Kupp (knee) for the season and could use some depth at the wide receiver position. Cooper is a return specialist primarily if he's able to get on the field.

Graham's status will be updated on Wednesday. The Packers are traveling to face the team Graham previously played with (Seahawks) on Thursday night. He had an easy matchup against the Dolphins in Week 10 and caught only one pass for 14 yards. Fantasy GMs are finding better options than Graham in 2018.

PHI - Richard Rodgers designated for return

Philadelphia Eagles TE Richard Rodgers (knee) will practice this week as he was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Nov. 13.

The Eagles now have three weeks to decide to move him to the active roster or not. Even if he makes it to the active roster, we don't see a whole lot of action coming for Rodgers as the no3 TE behind Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert.

Buffalo Bills WR Terrelle Pryor was released Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Pryor didn't do much in two games with the Bills...and that's not a good sign for his football future. The Jets were interested in bringing him back after letting him go due to an injury earlier this season. Perhaps he'll latch back on in the Big Apple.

CHI - QB Mitchell Trubisky chasing record book

Chicago Bears QB Mitchell Trubisky is on pace to break Chicago's single-season franchise records for passing yards and passing touchdowns. Both records are held by former QB Erik Kramer, who threw for 3,838 passing yards and 29 touchdowns in 1995.

Trubisky and head coach Matt Nagy are certainly meshing well. We should see the second-year pro get past both records for the Bears.

CAR - WR Torrey Smith on the mend

Carolina Panthers WR Torrey Smith (knee) did not practice Tuesday, Nov. 13, but said his injured knee is feeling a lot stronger and has resumed running.

The Panthers played last Thursday so there was some thought that Smith would be able to be back by now. He's not, but that doesn't mean he's out in Week 11. Check back on his status later in the week to see if he can practice. Rookie D.J. Moore will continue as the no.2 WR for the Panthers while Smith is out.

HOU - WR Demaryius Thomas catching up

Houston Texans WR Demaryius Thomas spent the team's Week 10 bye catching up on the team's offense and playbook, and head coach Bill O'Brien said Tuesday, Nov. 13, that he's expecting bigger and better things from Thomas in the coming weeks after his three-catch, 61-yard debut in Week 9. 'We've got to be able to use him more, even more than we did,' O'Brien said via the Houston Chronicle. 'He had three catches. I think they were all basically almost on the first or second drive of the game. He's a very smart guy, excellent pro. He was in here last week, meeting extra on Thursday, Friday, trying to get some more of the offense down. Go out there (Monday), have a lot of plays we ran in practice, knew where to line up, change his position, change his identity by personnel, knew what to do. I think we're going to make a lot of strides with him from week to week.'

Thomas has WR2 or flex appeal for Fantasy GMs with his new team. The Texans had a bye in Week 10, so Thomas should be more versed in the playbook than he was against the Broncos last time out.

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) threw without pain Sunday, Nov. 11. Tannehill took a week off from throwing before letting it rip Sunday.

The Carolina Panthers claimed RB Kenjon Barner off waivers from the New England Patriots Wednesday, Nov. 14.

Barner is back with the Panthers as they continue to look for running back help. They released C.J. Anderson earlier in the week and then added Travaris Cadet. The Dolphins are quite banged up at the WR position. Butler was with the Cowboys for about a month earlier this season. He gives them veteran depth with Jakeem Grant and DeVante Parker banged up.

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson (hip) practiced in full Wednesday, Nov. 14, and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 11 game against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, Nov. 15.

Carson is the workhorse for the Seahawks when healthy. Even with 2018 first-round pick Rashaad Penny's breakout 100-yard game last week, he might be the one most negatively impacted by Carson's return. Against the Packers on Thursday night, Carson should post RB2 numbers for Fantasy GMs.

TB - RB Peyton Barber limited in practice

Oakland Raiders WR Martavis Bryant (knee) will miss a couple of weeks and could be out longer after injuring his posterior cruciate ligament last week, according to head coach Jon Gruden.

The Raiders are going to be pretty shorthanded with Bryant missing at least a couple of weeks. They traded away Amari Cooper and Jordy Nelson is battling an injury at this time (knee, questionable) so they may have to use Brandon LaFell and Seth Roberts more than ever.

CIN - WR John Ross logs limited practice

Cincinnati Bengals WR John Ross (groin) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Nov. 14.

Ross might be limited all week with this groin injury. He's a deep threat when healthy but struggles to find his way onto the field. In Week 10 against the Saints, Ross was targeted six times, caught two passes for 39 yards and one touchdown. He's a 'what the heck' flex for Fantasy GMs if he plays against the Ravens on Sunday.

CAR - Limited practice for TE Greg Olsen

Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco (hip) is not practicing Wednesday, Nov. 14.

The Ravens are home against the Bengals in Week 11. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has already stated that Flacco doesn't need to practice during the week to play. Even if Flacco does play, we'd expect to see a bit more of rookie QB Lamar Jackson. Robert Griffin III is another option at quarterback if Flacco can't play due to this hip problem.

HOU - D'Onta Foreman to practice

Houston Texans RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles') will practice Wednesday, Nov. 14, which will open his 21-day window to possibly return from the Physically Unable to Perform list.

During the next week or so, the Texans should work diligently to get Foreman back into game shape. If healthy and activated, Foreman would replace Alfred Blue as the primary backup to Lamar Miller.

Seattle Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny still has rookie moments in the classroom, according to offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer. 'He'll always be involved in the plan,' Schottenheimer said. 'We're hard on him. We're excited about him. He's still a young player. He still has those times in the meetings where it's like, 'Rashaad, are you listening?' like most young players do. The season is long.'

Unfortunately, the Packers are used to playing without Cobb. He's only made it through five games this year and wasn't able to travel to Seattle for the team's Thursday night game against the Seahawks. Without Cobb, expect the Packers to lean more on rookie Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

SEA - WR Doug Baldwin no longer in pain

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin told 710 ESPN Seattle on Tuesday, Nov. 13, the knee issues he's been battling all season improved to the point that he woke up without pain last week for the first time.

Baldwin is starting to feel like his old self, and he could start playing at a higher level because of it. Over the last two games for Seattle, Baldwin has been targeted nine times combined and has nine catches. We'll see if those target numbers go up as he could have a resurgence here in the second half of the season.

Chances are you don't have two backs better than Mixon on your roster, but if you were debating whether to play him in a close call this week, the knee issue could be the tiebreaker assuming he doesn't get in a full practice and remains on the injury report on game day.

O'Brien pointed out that Foreman had not 'done anything on a football field' or faced contact since tearing his Achilles' nearly a year ago. He also mentioned that he'd have to 'really look at what he's been able to do relative to what he did last year.'

DAL - WR Allen Hurns not seeing the field
