ESPN weekly player projection issue

This is the first year I've joined a league on ESPN. The leagues I'm in are always on yahoo. Anyways, we had our draft and I'm curious to see everyone's player projections. But ESPN shows 0 on every player? Is it a league setting that needs changed or is it normal before week 1 on ESPN?! I can show a SS if it's unclear what I'm asking.

Nobody is in an ESPN league to tell me if that's normal?

I believe you have to wait until the preseason games are over and then it will show a projection. It figures things change if someone gets hurt or loses their spot to someone else ect.
