    sbr contest question - ACTION?
So I can see my 'action' is 175.5 in the NBA 20k tournament that's currently going. Looks like it's highest among all contestants... And so I can't help but wonder..

    How is this calculated?

Does this have any relevance to contest result (i.e. can this be used as a tiebreaker?)

It's the amount of points you beat the spread by

    By example

Sf 49ers -5 and they win by 10 you're action points would be 5

In some contests, action is the tiebreaker if two contestants won the same amount of units

The action column is not accurate or reliable. In the past I have noticed that it changes from day-to-day. For example, say in one contest there are a couple of players in the top 10 that have exhausted all their picks. You would figure their action value would remain static, right? Well, I have seen it change even though the contestant made no additional picks.
