I don't think it's a sure thing. Cleveland is -300 to win the East, and that's too steep. Miami would be a formidable opponent for them.

Cavs and LeBron will still be in the Finals simply because no team in the East can beat them in a 4-out-of-7 series. Toronto could extend them but I don't see Raptors winning 4 times. (all assuming a healthy James of course)
