TB - QB Jameis Winston grasping offense quickly
Source: NFL.com - Kevin Patra
Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston understanding of the offense already stands out, according to TE Luke Stocker. 'What is impressive is the speed that Jameis has picked everything up -- from the huddle to the cadence to the checks to the audibles,' Stocker said. 'He's picked everything up so fast.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Winston is a highly intelligent player with excellent commitment to team and work ethic, so it's not a surprise that he's picking things up quickly. He should at least sustain the level of productivity in the passing game that Josh McCown and Mike Glennon established last year.

KC - RB Jamaal Charles the total package
Source: NFL.com - Bucky Brooks
Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles has ranked in the top three in total touchdowns in each of the last two seasons, recording a league-high 19 in 2013 and 14 last year.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Charles was by his own admission banged up last year with nagging injuries that affected him for most of the season. If it's a sign of his body wearing down as he turns 29 before the new year, then he'll be a disappointing top 5 pick in fantasy drafts. If it was an aberration and Charles is closer to 100% for more of this year, he'll make anyone who takes him early in the first very happy.

BUF - TE Charles Clay to be moving around
Source: BuffaloBills.com - Chris Brown
Buffalo Bills TE Charles Clay said he will be lining up at different positions this season under offensive coordinator Greg Roman. 'Whether it's running routes or catching as receivers out of the backfield, he does a good job of moving guys around,' Clay said. 'I can't think of any position where I'm lined up at more than another. The receivers will tell you the same thing. They're moving around as much as I am.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Clay has the ability to be a mid to low fantasy TE1 in an adequate to good pass offense, but Buffalo is far from that. Even if their QB to be named later has exceeds expectations, Clay will still have to fight with Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, Percy Harvin, and two very good passcatching backs for targets in a run-first offense. He's probably not worth a pick in typical leagues, but he could help teams in a bind for a one-week TE play during the season.

CLE - WR Andrew Hawkins may make impact
Source: NFL.com - Bucky Brooks
Cleveland Browns WR Andrew Hawkins could have an impact this season since offensive coordinator John DeFilippo's offense features more catch-and-run opportunities.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Hawkins is a decent bet to lead the team in receptions again this year unless you think Dwayne Bowe was being held back by Alex Smith in a way that he won't be held back by Josh McCown. While Hawkins isn't going to be anything more than bye/injury/emergency fodder in PPR leagues for typical redraft fantasy football, he can help as a safe 6-8 pt weekly floor late pick in best ball PPR leagues.

BAL - WR Marlon Brown ready for the next step?
Source: The Baltimore Sun - Childs Walker
Baltimore Ravens WR Marlon Brown worked out four days a week during the offseason and watched more film than in the past. He has impressed wide receivers coach Bobby Engram, 'You really saw Marlon come on strong the last half of last season, and we see the same thing in OTAs and minicamp,' he said. 'He's made a lot of plays, and he understands multiple positions. He's a worker and he's a technician who's learning how to continue to hone his craft.' Head coach John Harbaugh also noted, 'He's just a really gifted player. Like I said, I have high hopes for him. I really want to see him break out.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Brown was a vaunted high school recruit who never panned out because of injuries. He has shown some of that promise since signing with the Ravens as a UDFA in 2013, and could be featured in the red zone this year. If first-round pick Breshad Perriman isn't ready, Brown could even start for this team. He should be on your waiver wire speed dial list.

MIA - WR DeVante Parker still on track for Week 1
Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson
Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (foot) remains on track to be ready for Week 1 and 'everything is perfect' in his recovery from foot surgery, according to Parker's agent James Gould. Gould noted it is still too early to know if Parker will be available for preseason games.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Parker is the best candidate to have an Odell Beckham-esque delayed impact this year, albeit not to the degree Beckham did. He's an outstanding player at the catch point who can make things happen after the circus catch. Greg Jennings should be swept out of the top three receivers for Parker as soon as he is ready.

GB - Green Bay looking at tight end market?
Source: ESPN.com - Rob Demovsky
The Green Bay Packers could sign a free-agent tight end before training camp opens Thursday, July 30. Free-agent TE Jermaine Gresham (Bengals) is considered a candidate.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Gresham has also been a player of interest for the Raiders and Saints. He might have marginal fantasy value if he lands in Green Bay or New Orleans.

HOU - RB Arian Foster has nose for end zone
Source: NFL.com - Bucky Brooks
Houston Texans RB Arian Foster has scored 62 total touchdowns in 66 games since taking over as the primary running back, including 13 in 13 games last year.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Foster scores like an elite RB1 any time he is on the field, but knowing how many games he will miss or be limited for in a given year is the hitch. He is rightfully going in the late first/early second round because of injury risk, but Foster will be projected as top 5 RB in any week that he is anything but a game-time decision.

SEA - RB Marshawn Lynch a TD machine
Source: NFL.com - Bucky Brooks
Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch has scored at least 12 touchdowns in four straight seasons, including a career-high 17 last year.
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Lynch is a feature back on a run-heavy/strong defensive team who is an excellent receiver out of the backfield. This is one of the most ideal situations in fantasy football, and have proven year after year that he can maximize it. Consider him one of the safest first-round RB picks this year.

CIN - RB Jeremy Hill urged to embrace hype
Source: NFL.com - Kevin Patra
Cincinnati Bengals RB Jeremy Hill has been told to embrace the hype surrounding him in 2015 by offensive coordinator Hue Jackson. 'To me, if a guy wants to be great, he's got to relish that,' Jackson said. 'He's got to want that and then go exceed it. That would be my challenge to (Hill). I expect him to exceed whatever the expectation is about him.'
[ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ]
Hill is going to be an RB1 when the Bengals control a game, but he might not even be a low RB2 when they don't. He's going at a low RB1 price in the second round, which means taking him is a bet on the Bengals to have a good season unless you are overwhelming by Hill's talent.
