Everyone I've heard that actually read the whole ridiculous 250 pages or so, posits that Brady is definitely guilty.

To make matters worse, brady lied to us all and refused to cooperate with the Wells report. Brady claimed he knew NOTHING about the deflated balls. This much we know is a lie, for a fact. Whether he ordered them to be deflated or not is debatable, but he absolutely KNEW about it. Phone calls and texts don't lie.

It's the NFL, I don't know. NFL gives 2 week suspension, appeal for Thursday night game that will have a huge audience, Pats drop appeal after that game. Pats won't agree with decision, but will accept decision conveniently with next 2 games against cupcakes. Who knows though, Cleveland GM got 4 game suspension for texting during a game. Atlanta GM gets a suspension for piping in noise. Competitive balance and integrity of game will need to be addressed, but conclusion will be it wasn't THAT serious.
