Not surprising considering he carries the second highest salary cap hit among WRs in the league behind only Calvin and he only averaged about 60 yards per game last year. I highly doubt any team would trade for him so he will almost certainly be cut.

#2Makes no sense for them to keep him. Money, QB situation, and D.Hopkins development.
however, he could certainly help some teams out there. Would love for the Saints to add him. Colston is pretty much done.Comment -

#7Exceptions to every rule people thought same about Rice after Sf parted ways and he was coming back from knee injury. Gave my Raiders a couple great seasons. If he's cut someone will scoop him up fast and could be a great bargain if he isn't too bent on $.Comment -

#9IMO there are probably at least 3 WR's available in this years draft that are better than he is.Originally posted by Ghenghis Kahnthe guy is done. he should retire.
However, I think a team like the Panthers would give him a shot.
They have a white boy named Brenton Bersin and IMO he is the worst player in the NFL at any position.
He actually gets playing time too. Guy is fukkin AWFUL.
I think the Panthers look at him and think just b/c he is a white boy and has long hair and he is a midget he can be the next Julian Edlemen
but Bersin has no talent whatsoever. He is slow and he can't catch a cold. Oh and he has a tendency to fumble.Comment -

#16Still has game. Getting released is the best thing that could happen to him at this stage in his career. Now he can sign with a team that has a real NFL qb. He has never played with one in his entire career.Comment -

#17Here in Houston it's all they're talking about on sports-talk radio.
He had a summer of discontent last year and seemed to play a little less sparky last season.... He's a good'un though and probably going to be the Texans first HoF'er and I agree he's still got something left in the tank....Comment -

#18I'd bet money he winds up with the COLTS. reggie wayne set to retire and they were already targeting a veteran WR.
Sounds like Andre feels pretty disrespected and what better way to exact revenge then to sign with a division rival.
He would surely get his first ever win in Indianapolis if he does sign

#21If he can stay healthy he's an asset. Guy caught like 85 balls last year still and for past few seasons Texans have had a mess at Qb spot. Let him go to Brady or someone that can get him the ball instead of the bums he's been working with.Comment -
