Should I just start all 3 rb's?
Or should I put a wr instead of one of the rb's?

Mathews for sure, McKinnon is doubtful so not him, Sankey I don't expect too much from but he should play at least
Tate would be my top WR pick then Smith and then V Jax as long as Smith is healthy

Why is Sankey projected at 14.04?

I don't think sankey has hit his projection once this year. Don't expect him to do it this week. If Mathews is fully healthy, I'd expect him to be the best of those guys. May be worth adding Grice to your team if Ellington is a no go.
