#7Actually yea not really a threat on offence but was a beast out in the field. Still pretty funny.

#8Yasiel Puig is not in the Dodgers' lineup for Game 4 of the NLDS against the Cardinals on Tuesday.
Well, we weren't expecting that. Puig hit a triple on Monday night, but he has struck out in eight out his 14 plate appearances during the series, so Dodgers manager Don Mattingly has decided to switch things up with the season on the line. Carl Crawford will move into the No. 6 spot while Andre Ethier will play center field and bat sixth. Dee Gordon 2B, Crawford LF, Adrian Gonzalez 1B, Matt Kemp RF, Hanley Ramirez SS, Ethier CF, Juan Uribe 3B, A.J. Ellis C, Clayton Kershaw SP.

#16It's been three games. Guy hit almost .300 with an OPS well over .800 during the year. And in an elimination game no less.Originally posted by 44 MagWhy??? He can't hit a beachball with a tennis racket right now, forget him.Comment -

It is a desperation move. I certainly moved CC to the 2 hole. That is overdue. Would have Puig hit 7th. I think it would have relaxed him and probably respond to it well. Like him in CF more than Ethier. All in all a nothing move by a average manager,Comment -

#19Someone will play, I'm sure there will be 9 MLB players out there. Besides, maybe he'll pinch hit. Remember, nobody is going to confuse Mattingly with an MIT graduate.Originally posted by LT ProfitsIt's been three games. Guy hit almost .300 with an OPS well over .800 during the year. The only negative is Kershaw cannot win the big one when it counts
If he loses they will run him out of LA

#26Maybe this is the reason the line dropped from -165 to -155 with Kershaw pitching. Granted the move happened before this was announced but maybe books already knew. Or some insiders that knew before the announcement bet some big $$$.Originally posted by EbumdudeDid that make the line move any?Comment -

#28[QUOTE=lyon804;22742879]Agree, why was he in 2 hole anyway, just not a fit for him if you ask me. 7th would have eased his mind a little I think.Originally posted by LT ProfitsIt's been three games. #29[QUOTE=jtoler;22743145]I like Donny baseball but his managing is average at best. With the way Crawford has been hitting and his base stealing and running abilities he should be batting 2nd.Originally posted by lyon804Agree, why was he in 2 hole anyway, just not a fit for him if you ask me. 7th would have eased his mind a little I think.Comment -

#32Probably a message sent to Puig but not the right situation to do it.
Say the Dodgers win this game, then what.
Puig is the type of guy to take this the wrong way, this will only piss him off.
