Brandon Marshall Value?

I have been getting multiple offers for Marshall all of a sudden and wonder what his value is for my team. 10 Team. Basically standard scoring 0.1 point/Per Yard.

RB: AP/Asiata, Richardson, F.Jackson, DeAngelo Williams, Forsett, Mathews (IR)
WR: Marshall, V.Jackson, Wright, Hopkins

I feel like this team is a mess and could really drop off if I lose Peterson, but have no depth at WR if I were to trade Marshall.

One trade offer was

Andre Johsnon, Lamar Miller and Pierre Thomas for Marshall/Mathews.

Should I hold onto Marshall? Trade Marshall for above offer? Trade Marshall for another package of players?

EDIT: AP out on Exempt list. Running back is weak.

Sucks that you have Peterson. I would hold on to Marshal and hope that you get a waiver or FA pickup at running back that can hold you over.

^I'm going to find out what I can get from Waivers. I think I'm 4th and have Davis, Pierce and Bradshaw available. Plus Gates.

Hold Marshall, and pick up one of those 3 RB's off of waivers.

That team is rather weak for a 10tm league. I wouldn't do the trade. Go grab knile davis ASAP

Nice pickup. The thing is jay cutler loves to throw to marshall that is his boy. Even if he is double covered he will get action
