Don't know what everyone watched this past year.
He took a bag of shit team full of washed up has beens along with a worthless Deron Williams and at least made them play ball the right way and turn it around and even won a playoff series.
I thought he got them to overachieve really.
I was impressed and honestly shocked by Kidd's coaching.

The Milwaukee Bucks need to do something to change the "culture" of their organization....no one wants to go their and stay...so you might as well and try something different....honestly Milwaukee has been a Porta-a-John to the NBA for years, so might as well go a different direction a get creative and try a build a different culture there

This turns out to be a smart play by Kidd and his agent.
I was not aware the Nets gave him 4 years for only 10 million.
That is pretty brutal considering the 2 contracts Kerr and Fisher just got for 25 million.
He had to force his way out of NJ to get out of this deal.
