Carr won't go at #4 though, they will probably looks elsewhere besides QB.

So now the Raiders get Carr with a 2nd round pick if they want him. I do not think that Houston wants another Carr. If not, who knows how far he will fall. Remember, you can pick up two SEC QB's who are pretty good (McCarron from Alabama and Murray from Georgia) in the 3rd round or later. Houston has the #1 pick in the 3rd round.
