I'm paying one at Fantrax that has Nascar, and Shaun & Rickie I believed, mentioned cdm sports, something like that. Glad 2 see interest in taking this to another level next year.

Some odd stuff this past week. Ragan credited with 5 fastest laps. McDowell with 6. Allmendinger with 1.

Goblue got 4th despite having an old lineup, with no crew, no manufacturer, and only four drivers (Brian Scott not entered).

Yeah doing ok in the cdm contest currently 2nd in my league 95th overall and I finished 24th last week so got a small cash prize

Not humiliating, it happens. Surprised more guys didn't have Dale and Harvick together. Also, imagine if Johnson didn't get some laps back due to cautions! I think those three were 40, 42, 43 at one point. I had JJ and Harvick.

I play the CDM contest, too. I'm currently first in my league and 77th overall.
I think it's about the best NASCAR contest out there. I've played it for about 15 years. Easy to play, just pick eight drivers with a salary cap and you receive whatever points the driver gets. They throw out your four lowest scores each half.
You can also form your own clubhouse team - limited to 25 entries - that pays $3000, 1500, 1000 to the top 3 teams each half. It would be great if we could have an SBR team. I'm sure it would do well.
The only drawback is that it isn't cheap. I think it's $90/half with unlimited trades.

That sounds a lot like Fantrax, w/ the salaries and trades, they even do one with a draft for Nascar. They are only charging us $80 for the MLB season(6 Months like Nascar). For 12 Teams/Players for MLB( Less Than $7 per Team/Player) paid our FANTRAX Fee, Then that just leaves what WE Want 2 Play For Entry Fee's (MLB Entry Was $120)....Plus I love that Funds are protected in the Fantrax League Vault all season. Below is our Fee's & Entry..........

Entry Fee* - $120

Payouts - Total entry fees = $1440

League site fee - $80

Division winners - $50 each

1st Place - $660

2nd place - $350

3rd place - $250

*Note : League fees to be handled through Fantrax league vault. Payment due prior to draft


Rob I like your league idea also ,I'd be interested. But next year- some way- somehow- we gotta play for $$$. I might try to run a $25 -$50 Contest & Maybe a High Roller $100 Entry, if there's gonna be enough interest from us to make it work.

Yes, there were actually some who did worse than me. One player said he scored a -10 and another guy on his team had -15.

Sounds really fun and the payouts are big enough it's actually worth the time for clubhouse teams
