let me hear you're fantasy football sob stories

Here's mine: Joined 4 leagues, 1 $50 and 3 $20 leagues (not that the money even mattered, pride was all I really was in it for) Anyways, the sob story outcomes:

League 1 ($50 league): dominated regular season, finished 10-2. Led the league in total points for, had a 9 game win streak going into the playoffs (after figuring out who to start) Then comes the playoffs. Apparently every player on my team was conspiring against me to have their worst games all season, causing me to lose to my friend's wife, officially stripping me of all fantasy fantasy football manhood possible and giving my friend's wife the go ahead to berate me and anyone that will listen with her 'football expertise'.

League 2: Finish 2nd in total points for (the person with the most had like 10 more than me at the end of the regular season). Amazingly finish DEAD LAST in win record. I'm still amazed that this is even possible.

League 3: Start out 6-1, lose every game afterwards and miss playoffs.

League 4: Finish 5th in regular season, missing the playoffs because I freaking TIED one week since ESPN's default settings are to round each players score to whole numbers. Of course in the consolation rounds my team blows up and scores the most points both weeks meaning I would have won the championship if one player had just got a couple more yards or my kicker got one more extra point that week I got the tie.

Lets hear yours. Maybe they will make me feel less unlucky.

I couldn't find a decent running back all year, loaded up at receiver, rotated cam newton and phil rivers at QB, now I get to face payton manning in the espn 2 week championship game, where he put up 32 last week and he's still playing this week.

Did one $200 league and one $50 league. My first picks for one was doug martin and other was arian foster. Luckily got Peyton in $200 league and he carried me whole year. Even on week 14 i was in 8th place but won that week and guys ahead of me all lost so I jumped 4 spots into 4th place to barely make it into playoffs! Unfortunately I got killed in playoffs and won no money but I won my other league so I'm ahead $100 after both my fees

Jamal Charles sent me out of the semis with the 5 TDs. Thing is I only lost my 17 pts so would have won even if he had a regular charles day

Benched KC defense and used the Raiders vs the Jets. Cost me the 1st round of the playoffs, I would have won the whole thing. Also got beat in that game by Marcel Reese and Josh McCown.

Entered a 14 team league, with everyone putting in $75. 65% for 1st, 25% for 2nd, 10% for 3rd. Was in championship this weekend versus Peyton Manning, Eric Decker, and Jamaal Charles. Guy's team scores 129.75 and I go into Monday night's game needing about 35 points for a comeback with Roddy White and Boldin playing for me. Both get TDs and I'm down by .5 points with about 8 mins left in the game, and Ryan stops throwing it to White all of a sudden. No more catches and I lose 129.25-129.75.

• I had both Alshon Jeffrey and Brandon Marshall... Jay Cutler comes up small...
• Then I was going against the Patriots Defense.
• Joe Flacco throws up a DUD of a game.
• They put in the backup... who loses a high snap, recovered by the defense for touchdown. Then the next series he throws a pick six...
• 35pts for the opponent's defense

all that magic happening and i still only lose by 2.4

I was HOT. I know that 9 times out of 10, I win that matchup.

I have a hate list comprised of the following people in no particular order:

• Elias Sports bureau for their ruling on Keenan Allen
• Joe Flacco for being over rated and not even making it competitive in that game
• Tyrod Taylor for giving up those last two touchdowns
• Jay Cutler, for being an arrogant schmuch and not throwing the rock like he is supposed to
• Mark Tresman, for starting Jay Cutler over Josh McGown
• Keenan Allen for muffing the punt, I dont blame him much for my loss though

It was a very emotional loss... I shed a tear after the matchup went final. I finally had gotten to the big game, to lose over so much BS

Rolled through my league last year, with Stafford, Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush lead league in points then Detroit traveks into philly or Washington and it is a fuxking blizzard, between all 3 players i get a combined 12 points..........Lost the game by 20,, had no backups to throw in, and wasnt aware of the blizzard till 5 minutes before gametime........

Two years ago. Lost in finals of $200 buy in league. Would have won if I kept Mare in as my kicker but instead started Dan Bailey. Bailey score 1 points on a PAT while Mare score like 17 or something. Difference between winning 2 k and $400. Well at least I got second
