QB and if should start Zac Stacy advice!

I have 3 okay quarterbacks. I have Foles, Carson Palmer and Philip Rivers. Who do I start? I like Foles because of the hot hand but the weather may play a factor.

Also, do I start Zac Stacy or not with some of the key o-line guys injured? I already have AP and Knowshon Moreno. For my other WR options other than Stacy. I have Mike Wallace(already in the lineup currently), Tavon Austin, Riley Cooper and Justin Harper. What do you think?

i'd play zac stacy over T Austin, R Cooper, and J Harper if you are looking for a flex spot.

I can play either 2 rbs and 3 wrs/te OR 3 rbs and 2 wr/te. I already have Keenan Allen and Gronk as my set receivers. I was thinking of using Wallace as my 3rd wr/te.

personally i like stacy more than moreno too.

Foles/Rivers was for last week. I'd say Foles this week

If Brees was home I'd go with him, but I'd take Foles on the road vs Minn.
