Review this trade of TEs and draft picks

In my keeper league the first place and last place teams have a trade. The last place team is giving up Gronk and the first place team is giving up Witten and the 2nd round pick for next year's draft (5 keepers so essentially round 7 - if you want to look at it that way).

The plan is for the first place team to give Gronk back before next year's draft so the last place team can 'keep' him.

Most are okay with this, a couple are crying foul. What's your take?

I don't mind the trade except for giving him back at the end of the year. That just goes into shades of gray doing something like that.

Like others have said they are intentionally screwing over everyone else. Veto the deal.
