Ray Rice trade value

I have 4 RBs but am lacking in WRs, I need to move one of these 4:
Rice, Zach Stacy, Eddie Lacy and Stephen Ridley.

Rice is the one has performed the worst this season so he's the one I'd like to move first. What WRs should I target?

try to get percy Harvin, i think any WR lookin to gain value ahead is worth rice.

You will have a tough time getting someone else to want Rice first

Id try for someone like Garcon, Hilton or Cruz.

Worst case go for Amendola, Antonio Brown or Hakeem Nicks.

Best case would be Rice for V. Jackson or D. Jackson.

For some perspective:

I just traded Tony Gonzalez, Ray Rice, & Keenan Allen for Brandon Marshall & Demarco Murray.

So not much at all... Keenan Allen has been about equal to Brandon Marshall the last 5 weeks. The guy I'm trading with has no TE.

Who the hell is Ray Rice.. JK, but if you can get Hakeem Nicks out of it, I'd go for that, I think Nicks will come out well 2nd half with contract year, and off the bye. Also they get their RB Andre Brown back so I see nothing but positive from Gmen for the 2nd half of the season
