    trade mchgahee/garcon for reggie bush
    hey all

I have been offered a trade in my league, I give up willis mcgahee/pierre garcon and i receive reggie bush...the reason I like it is because I have joique bell already which is good insurance...the reason I dont is because my lineup is very complete with garcon and mcgahee looks like a workhorse back getting 25 carries...

    lineup:
    qb-vick
wr (start 3) - garcon, cruz, demaryius thomas
rb (start 2) - forte, mcgahee
    te- martellus bennett
    flex- torrey smith
    bench- j bell, m reece, j kerley, i pead, m goodson

the problem with this is my bench is pretty thin as you can see (very deep league) and if mcgahee gets the carries he will be a solid option as an RB2...if i trade for reggie I will pretty much have two RB1s but no one to really fill in for my flex each week...what do you guys think?

I'm actually just traded those two, but I don't think I'd trade them for Bush.

I'd stand pat and just wait for Reggie to get hurt so you can start Bell.

I think it is pretty clear McGahee will be good for 15-20 touches a game. Garçon is still a high end WR2. Reggie is great, but you'd have a huge hole at your FLEX spot.

Giving up two guys, getting one. Who would you potentially pick up as a free agent?

Normally I would say trade for Bush, but it might be best to turn this offer down. You don't have a good flex at all when picking up Bush. I'm not quite sold on McGahee either. He is getting carries, but he looks washed up.

I'd decline the trade and just roll with what you got personally.

Do it. Worst case you trade again down the road. Your team already is pretty bad. Can't get much worse.

All things being equal, I would do this automatically in a PPR league because Bush is a top 10 RB in PPR, but the monkey wrench here is your third WR. I would reluctantly decline (and kick myself later ).

I would take the trade and pick up a hot WR off waivers as a possible #3

thats sort of along the lines of what i'm thinking...i'd be stacked with 2 RB1s, but i'd have to go to the waivers for another possible WR. i'm seeing if i can buy low on lamar miller, if i can do that, i wouldn't really need to get bush, or i could even make the deal for bush and have depth with miller/bush/forte
