jordan cameron for philip rivers?!

Standard scoring league....

My QBs are Russell Wilson and Matt Schaub, I only start 1.

My TEs are Jordan Cameron and Antonio Gates, I only start 1.

I can trade Cameron for Rivers and ill still have gates to start at TE while making a big upgrade at QB....looking at Rivers he has a very easy schedule, with an even easier playoff schedule (weeks 14-16)....what do you think?

Rivers is having one hell of a season so far. I've picked him up in both my leagues. I like the deal, especially because you've got Gates too.

I pass on deal. Im banking on Rivers cooling down and who knows how long until Gates comes up injured. Id see if you could get anything for maybe gates or see what the waiver wire offers. Maybe package Wilson and maybe gates for a mid range QB

You can get alot more than rivers for either one

i typically advise against trading your position players for a QB...qb production is typically easier to come by, for instance look at terrelle pryor this season, mostly undrafted, and putting up solid production....same with vick, he went after russell wilson in most drafts yet is putting up great fantasy #s...i think you can get a lot more for either gates or cameron, and look around for qbs on waivers or maybe try to package something with cameron or gates for a qb/rb combo

Sighhhhhh I did the trade, this is what it came down to for me....

QBs have been getting the most points in my league (standard league). Rivers schedule is very easy, especially in the fantasy playoff weeks (14-16) they face NYG, @DEN, and OAK. Wisenhunt is not the Off coordinator and last time I remember him doing any sort of coaching was with the cardinals, where Warner threw, threw, and threw some more. Im putting all my eggs in the Gates basket but hopefully itll payoff. Thanks for the input again guys

doesn't sound that bad with your type of league, If rivers can keep up what he has been doing and not start his turnovers back it should be worth it
