my brother in law has a league I'm in. started 7 years ago. first year had about 18 teams. slowly dwindling down. last year 6 teams. haven't drafted yet but only 4 have registered. total coin flip.

For me, I think 12 teams is the perfect number. Enough so that every team will not be stacked and not so big that the talent pool will be diluted late in the draft.Comment -
I prefer 10 or 12 team leagues. Was in a 8 team once awhile ago. Every team was looking good.
Anything under 8. wow. Teams would be stacked....
