The first SBR Fantasy League filled so quickly that we are doing another one the night before the regular season opener!
SBR Fantasy Football League II will be hosted by Yahoo with the live draft being held Wednesday night, September 4th at 8:30 ET and will last 15 rounds. This will be a 12-team league with a buy-in of 150 points, and AGAIN ANOTHER BIG THANK YOU TO SBR for adding 1200 points to this pot also, bringing the total pool to 3000 points! Note that mikemca already has a spot in this league as he was the “13th Man” in the first one, and the next 10 SBR members to send me 150 points via the “Give Points” button below will receive the Yahoo Invite link via PM. Please remember to make your SBR handle obvious when you name your team at Yahoo so that we know who everybody is. The drafting order will randomized before the draft and it will be the standard snake format. You will have 90 seconds for each draft pick. Also note that this league has unlimited transactions, but the trading deadline is November 15th, 2013.
There will be two six-team divisions and the regular season will last 13 weeks. There will be six playoff teams, but only the Final 4 will get season points. The two division winners will get a first round bye so thus will be assured of being in the Final 4. The other four playoff spots, seeded 3 through 6, will go to the non-division winners with the next four best overall records regardless of division. In Week 14, the 3-seed will face the 6-seed and the 4-seed will face the 5-seed. In Week 15, the division winner with the best record will face the lowest remaining seed and the 2-seed will face the other Week 14 winner. The SBR Super Bowl will be in Week 16 and NFL Week 17 will be ignored.
The Champion gets 1500 points, the Championship loser gets 500 points and the two semifinal losers each get 250 points. Additionally, beginning with Week 9 and ending with the final week of the regular season Week 13, the high scorers for each week will get 100 points (with ties split evenly).
Here are all the rules, with a couple of highlight being that a full 6 points are awarded for touchdown passes and this is a PPR league that gives 1 point per reception:

Playoff Tiebreakers:
Division Leader
If two or more teams tie for the lead in a division, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine the division winner.
1. Division winning percentage.
2. Total fantasy points (season total).
3. Fantasy points scored in last week's matchup.
4. Fantasy points scored in the matchup two weeks prior.
5. The comparison continues until the tie is broken or no more weeks remain to compare. At that time, a coin flip will settle the tie.
Please note:
Teams must have identical winning percentages to be considered tied in the standings.
A team with an 8-4-1 (.654) record will be seeded ahead of a team with an 8-5 (.615) record. A team with an 8-6 (.571) record WILL be tied with a team with a 6-4-4 (.571) record.
If three or more teams tie for a division lead, once the division winner is determined, all other teams involved in the tie are then seeded using the wild-card tiebreaking criteria.
Division winners that finish with the same winning percentage will be seeded using the wild-card tiebreaking criteria.
Division winning percentage is determined in the same way as overall winning percentage, except it only includes games against division opponents.
Wild Card
If two or more teams tie for a wild-card (non-division leading) position, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine the standings
1. Total fantasy points (season total).
2. Fantasy points scored in last week's matchup.
