Davone Bess likely to miss game vs Jaguars. Kerley is always projected to put up decent numbers but he has been a disappointment any time Ive started him. Id roll with Hartline, especially if Bess is out.

I think both Rice and Shorts have injury concerns. I'd prefer either over Hartline. If Rice is good to go, roll with him.
