According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, "Jones is adamant that he wants to play (Sunday against the Cardinals) and "will test out (his) ankle shortly."
Recommendation: This confirms the game-time decision nature of Jones' Week 11 status, with Mortensen adding that if Jones is active Sunday, he's expected to be limited. We'll await confirmation, one way or the other of Jones' status, prior to the Falcons' 1:00

Julio Jones - WR - Falcons
Although Julio Jones (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported Jones will be "limited" in terms of his playing time.
Per colleague Adam Schefter, the Falcons are indeed "unsure" how much Jones will play, and they'll determine it based on "game situation." Jones isn't 100 percent. We'd still be hard pressed to bench him because he's a big-play specialist and is a better fantasy start on say 50 percent of the snaps than most WR3s on 100 percent. Downgrade Jones from WR1 to WR2/3, but he's worth starting indoors in a game where Atlanta should not struggle to move the ball.
