I'd go with Palmer. With the Raiders RB situation, I'm expecting him to throw a ton of passes today. That, coupled with the Saints Defense, makes me think Palmer is the way to go.

His last two weeks, Palmer has thrown the ball over 100 times combined, completing over 60%.
