Go pick up Pierre Thomas if he is available because he won't be for long.

#5Pierre Thomas is already owned, and I don't think I want to pick up Mark Ingram.
This pissed me off, because I could of flexed D.Bowe last night, and put R.Jennings in D.Sproles RB slot.

So if he broke his hand on that last catch, you would think he couldn't of fair caught the last punt.
It had to of happen in practice.

#12Darren Sproles - RB - Saints
The Biloxi Sun Herald suggests Darren Sproles' fractured hand could cost him up to eight weeks of action.
The Sun Herald allows that Sproles could return sooner if he's able to play with a cast on the hand. We would presume a pass-catching running back would have a far harder time playing with a casted hand than most other positions. The Saints provided no timetable for Sproles' return at coach Joe Vitt's Friday presser, but clearly fantasy owners should brace for a multi-week absence.

#14Saints RB Travaris Cadet anticipates handling most of the team's return duties with Darren Sproles (fractured hand) out indefinitely.
"Right now, pretty much," Cadet said. "But we may have a little change here and there depending on how the game is going. I'll leave that up to Coach." Cadet is listed as Sproles' direct backup on both kickoff and punt returns. He also operated in Sproles' exact role with the second-team offense in preseason games. Return-yardage and deep leaguers should add Cadet immediately.

I think the Saints give P.Thomas the full workload. He can catch pretty good, and runs hard. Those other guys will just be in there to spell Pierre.Comment -

#16I'm fortunate overall that I traded Sproles and kept Fred Jackson in the beginning of the season. At least Jackson can be used down the stretch for me and missed a short period of time early.Comment -

#19Think it's a pretty fair trade... Lynch a top 10 back...Sproles and CJ Spiler top 15ish...Julio Jones top 10ish

#23The Sproles injury actually makes that a fair trade. I still would rather be getting Julio and CJ ahahhaha. Overreaction to Julio's poor production lately.
But actually in non-PPR not that bad. In my PPR league I wouldn't trade Sproles str8 up for Lynch and TorreyComment -

#24PPR is definitely s different story. I think everyone's pretty much given up on Torrey Smith fantasy wise and Lynch does not get enough touchdown opportunities to be a must have in PPR. Sproles is a PPR stud no doubt but not as much in non-PPR. Lynch gets you lots of yards consistently which is all you can ask for in a non-PPR format.Comment -

#28I don't know man. He hasn't produced all that well from last year to now. I don't think he is that great of a receiving RB, to be used heavily in the Saints offense.
C.Ivory might get used more then M.Ingram. I'm not sure I would want either one of them.Comment -

#32Darren Sproles' broken hand calls for a four-to-six week recovery, but there is optimism that he could return sooner.
Sources tell ESPN's Chris Mortensen that the fracture is on Sproles' upper left hand near the wrist. The versatile running back already underwent surgery, so his best case scenario would likely be to sport a cast and return in Week 13 in Atlanta. Either way, fantasy owners should expect to be without Sproles for the remainder of the fantasy regular season and hope for a return for your playoffs. Travaris Cadet and Lance Moore are expected to handle return duties for the Saints.
