I'd go Ballard. Tate could be a darkhorse, I'd expect the the Texans to run a lot tomorrow. Could be one of those games where Foster gets 25 touches and Tate gets 10-15 carries with a TD. However, Tate is a big risk, because there is also a chance he gets less than 10 carries.

Ballard is the right choice. If you need a homerun, take a chance with Tate.

I think I'd go with Green also, just because he's likely to get more touches as well.
