Week 7 and Week 17 QB>Josh Freeman or Christian Ponder
Matt Ryan goes on BYE in Week 7, and I will need one to fill in there. Also, considering the Falcons keep going like they are, M.Ryan may not play in the last week of the season. So I will need one to fill in there possibly, which we all know is the Fantasy Championship/Third place game.

Here are the Week 7 and Fantasy playoff match-ups for each.

    J.Freeman:

    M.Ryan BYE
    Week 7: vs Saints

    Fantasy Playoffs
    Week 15 @ Saints
    Week 16 vs Rams
    Week 17 @ Falcons

    C.Ponder:

    M.Ryan BYE
    Week 7: vs Cardinals

    Fantasy Playoffs
    Week 15 @ Rams
    Week 16 @ Texans
    Week 17 vs Packers

Right now it looks like J.Freeman has the better match-ups for my needs. I currently own C.Ponder, but would drop him this week for J.Freeman if I decide to.

I own P.Harvin if that matters.

Who would you rather have with the above situations?

I have Ryan as my QB also. I've got Palmer as my backup for now, but Freeman's matchup in week 7 is very nice. And to answer your question Freeman over Ponder.

Interesting Week 17 championship, none of my leagues have that makes you rethink some things certainly. As TT said Freeman vs the Saints is a nice matchup, he should put up good numbers in that one

not sure im very sold on ponder...the guy has some skill but they never use him, its adrian peterson all day over there...plus the cards have a pretty great defense both vs. the run and the pass...as for new orleans, i think we all know how bad their secondary is...tampa still has no run game really, doug martin has been nothing special, so freeman could throw it against them
