What R.B. should I bench?

tate/bush is my first choice
tate/green-ellis is my second choice to sit

Well your definitely not starting Tate. And your definitely not sitting Spiller. DeMarco should start for you every week as well. I'd go with Bush over BJGE. Bush should get all the carries with Forte out, and STL's defense is pretty soft. Bush should be able to get close to 100 yards with a TD. Wouldn't be surprised at all if Bush scored more than Spiller or DeMarco based on his matchup. Don't forget that Bush filled in real nice last year when DMC was out.

Yea, that's why I picked up Bush, but Ellis did really good last year and he's been running about 100 yards a game, but hasn't gotten luck getting in the red zone yet. Kind of hard to bench Ellis. Also the over on the Wash/Cincy game is steaming up to 50 making me think of more scoring?

Who knows.

tampa has been pretty good at stuffing the run....so murray may be a sit option...normally though i'd say bush and tate, but since bush has the rams on tap you cant really go wrong, even if you bench ellis

It's not that tough of a call. Bush is a top 10 RB this week. Play Spiller, DeMarco and Bush with confidence. All three of those guys should have monster games this week.
