im not sure i like that play....kolb will find fitz, they have linked up before, whereas amendola is just a toss up...if its a PPR league, id say amendola but he'll be going against a tough bears defense in chicago at soldier field...tough spot to play

I am doing the same(different receiver replacing him though). Disgusted that Kolb wont even look to Fitz's side of the field.

The reason why Kolb isn't even looking Fitzy's way is because I'm sure every team is going to just roll a safety over the top. Cardinals haven't had a legit #2 WR since Boldin left. Fitz is the only weapon on that Cardinals offense that teams fear. They have no run game, no other WR that can do much damage, therefore teams are putting their top CB on him, and rolling a safety over the top. Which is why I didn't touch Fitz.

Ironic, I'm thinking about doing the same thing with my team. Couple more days to mull it over.

I would much rather play someone you know will get you some solid points instead of waiting for a blow up game hoping he doesn't put just one point on the board. But you do you. I am benching. Even if he blows up I won't be upset for sitting him on the bench because I know the likely hood of him not producing since Kolb just goes to his check downs immediately.

That is exactly what I'm thinking too. Tough decision to make here.

K.Kolb doesn't like to force it, and he takes the easier option, when he can find it.

It is a tough call on benching a #1/#2 pick.

A.Johnson is the same way. If the Texans get up big, they just run run run. I'm in that boat, but I don't think I could bench him. Trading him has crossed my mind though. I have D.Amendola on the bench, in a PPR league, and if I could get a good top tier RB for A.Johnson. I might do it. Maybe for D.McFadden?

1 point performance last year I don't think he hits double digits this week either. He needs Skelton back in their

After the 7 games he had under 65 yards last season, he was able to follow 5 of those up with statlines of:

                                7/133/1
                                8/102
                                7/146/2
                                7/149/1
                                6/105/1

I also believe he had about 150/2 vs. the Eagles last year though Skelton was the QB in at the time.

8 targets per game with Kolb vs. 11 with Skelton.

NE is the best team in the league at taking their oppositions best player out of the game.

Would be more optimistic if he was matched up vs. Namdi over DRC because as we're starting to see, his ball skills aren't that great and if Kolb throws it up there Fitzgerald could make some pretty big plays.
