A lot depends on what is on those teams rosters. At first glance it doesn't look too bad.

Yes it is fair, both are relatively highly ranked at their positions.

Not collusion so let it fly. Personally I'd rather have Marshall.

fair trade, marshall has more value just for the reason that he puts up points at WR and QBs are easier to find...that being said nothing wrong with it (i have both on my team)

Without additional context, seems fair to me.

It went through.
The guy that gave up T.Romo also has D.Brees and RGIII. So he isn't losing much with T.Romo. He will now have R.White, B.Marshall, and B.Lloyd.
The guy getting T.Romo has J.Cutler, and gave up on the Cutler to Marshall combo early. His next best WR up is T.Smith.
Both I guess are gaining 10 or so points a week with the trade.

You can't veto a trade based on that, you can only look at the players involved in the trade themselves, and if it's borderline, then at the CURRENT rosters. You can't speculate on future pickups.

A guy sent me this trade a few weeks back but i turned it down, today he brought it up again, tell me what you think? Matt Forte(Me) for Marshawn Lynch(Him). Its a PPR League with .25 per reception and 1 point per 10 yards. I was thinking Lynch had back troubles last year when i turned it down but with Forte ankle issues maybe i should consider it?

The Bears are now saying M.Forte doesn't have a high ankle sprain. Could be back for Week 4?
I would rather have M.Forte in a PPR league over M.Lynch.
It is like trading one unknown for another. M.Forte's ankle, and M.Lynch's back spasms.
The Chicago Tribune confirms Matt Forte's ankle sprain is "not believed to be a serious injury," but that his Week 3 status "remains a question."
It's hard to believe anything coaches say with regards to injuries, but it appears Lovie Smith was telling the truth when he said Forte wasn't dealing with a high-ankle sprain. With 10 days to heal following Thursday's loss, it's certainly possible Forte may suit up against the Rams, but it would be far from surprising if the Bears opted for caution and held him out until Week 4. We'll get a better idea of Forte's status when the Bears return to official practice on Wednesday.
