interception- 1 pt
1 point per reception
1 point for every ten yards rushing and receiving
6 points for rushing and receiving td
1 poing for extra point
3 points for fg
4 pts for fg over 50 yards

defense
td 6 points
1 point for sack
1 point for interception
1 point for fumble recovery
6 points for special teams td

you can use thursday game players if u want but i will not submit my lineup
until saturday night as i only have about ten min of time here not being home.
