not over the over but could easily see it happening. How? Adjustments and like this dude said, balancing out the first half. The odds makers are usually pretty good with totals.

Thanks bro. The most important reason I felt the over was the line. If the linesmakers set it at 21 then that would have said to me, they don't know but the fact they made it 21.5 told me it was an over play. That and the fact of the low scoring 1st half. Now I wish my UCF +2 would stop collapsing.
