That is true...but the game hasn't gone 55 minutes. Each quarter is 15 min, so the game has gone for about 46 minutes only.

Yes, it will stand unless your book specifies that your game MUST go all four quarters which would be unusual.

Simply put: 1st half betting – The first half must be completed for wagers to have action

We have been covering the entire game including now. Can't just assume that we won't cover at the end of the game. My outlook is if you got WVU you better hope its canceled since you have never been covering at any point. But, I see your point somewhat.

Oh ok ,I misunderstood you. Yes, after three quarters the game counts in the standings as "official" but I heard on the tv that apparently, BOTH teams have to agree to stop play and make it "official" and Marshall isn't about to do that.

It counts as official when both teams agree its over.. the michigan game didn't finish the 3rd quarter

There saying that a fan was struck by lightning in the stands. There was a definite strike in the upper right part of the stands. Crazy stuff.
